The Future of TOPS

Even as the city’s schools and graduation rates improve, college access remains a concern for New Orleans’ high school students. The rising cost of tuition at post-secondary institutions state-wide has made college less affordable for an increasing number of families. The TOPS program has long-served as the only reason that many of our city’s students can afford to attend college.
